Buyer Support

  • If an invite or promo code does not work, confirm the code with the realtor who sent it.
  • If a listing search looks incomplete, verify the address and confirm listing status with your realtor or the listing source.
  • If a HomeScore looks unexpected, review your top three priorities, profile answers, and tour notes before relying on the score.

Realtor Support

  • Use the Realtor dashboard to create clients, generate invite codes, assign homes, and review open client questions.
  • Confirm all MLS, IDX, broker, and photo-display rules before sharing listing data outside HomeScore.
  • Use client notes and HomeScore signals as follow-up prompts, not as a replacement for licensed professional judgment.

Account, Privacy, and Deletion Requests

Users can delete their account inside HomeScore from My Home Score. For support or privacy requests, contact Confident Buying at support@confidentbuying.com.
